I'll start with the simple question, which city is your best bet for sight (awesome car) seeing. I was born in the southside suburbs of Chicago and downtown CHI always offers a plethora of beautiful cars. And now down here in GA, Buckhead seems to have the greatest concentration of exotics. I've been to LA a few times and my neck was sore on each flight home after jerking my head around every five seconds to see another beauty of a car. Dubai, LA, CHI, NYC? What say you?

Newport Beach anytime and Woodward Avenue(metro Detroit) all fair weather nights during the summer. Home of the Big 3 also has it's fair share of exotics and tuners that mix in with the muscle crowd.

Dubai. But it's really the only place I've lived where you can see Toyota's being valet parked next to exotics. Impossible to drive to work without seeing at least 2-3 100k+ (USD) car. Walk through my neighborhood and see an old Rolls, an odd BMW Z1, and the normal Jag/Aston/AMG's.

I lived in Dubai and would say that would take the cake. Houston is pretty awesome too, and the meets are huge.

Hong Kong and Singapore both have a very high expensive car to ordinary car ratio, and since the total land area isn't particularly big, you can see a lot in a few minutes

I'll second Newport Beach. Never have I been to a place where I grow tired of seeing M5's and AMG models than there. Plus, C&C Irvine is right next door every Saturday!

I've always said Miami is a great city for car sighting. It's either the weather or the lower cost of living means more money for cars. On a daily basis you see Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Maseratis, M cars galore, Porsches across the board, a surprising number of Teslas. Just in the last few weeks I've spotted a P1, MP4-12C, and a Zonda. At a car show last year a guy brought his $12 million Ferrari TestaRossa. Plus there are great roads down here for driving these cars on, no frost means no potholes.
